| Product Description: | Perennial herbs with slender stems, prostrate, glabrous; stems and branches angular, straite, sometimes with black dots; branches spreading decumbent. Leaves reniform or cordate or broadly ovate, 3.4-13.8 x 3.6-14.3cm across, glabrous, base cordate or rounded, obtuse to subacute at apex, membranous, glaucous beneath, finely reticulate; petiole twisted at the base, 3.3-11.4cm long, hairy; basal nerves 5 (-7), of which 2 are abscure. Flowers solitary, pedicels 1-2cm long, with an orbicular bract at the base of the peduncle, bract 0.5cm long. Perianth dark-purple, limb 1-lipped, entire; tube cylindrical with trumpet-shaped mouth. Capsule 1-2cm long, oblong-ellipsoid, glabrous, 12 ribbed. Seeds deltoid with cordate base. |
